Set in an elevated position in Ostend with views across Palm Beach, Crescent Villa is a spacious island home with wide verandas, leafy surrounds, and room for families or groups to settle in comfortably. With five bedrooms including a separate sleepout, generous living areas, and an outdoor spa and shower, it offers a relaxed base close to beaches, vineyards, and village hubs.
The Space:
Crescent Villa sits in an elevated, leafy position, looking out across Palm Beach and the surrounding coastline. The setting feels calm and private, while remaining well connected to beaches, cafés, and the centre of the island. High ceilings, polished timber floors, and wraparound verandas give the home a sense of space that feels both generous and grounded, with natural light and sea breezes moving easily through the house.
The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. A long dining table works well for shared meals, while comfortable seating looks out to the garden and trees beyond. Doors open onto the verandas, creating multiple places to sit, read, or enjoy the outlook throughout the day.
The kitchen is well equipped for holiday stays, with everything needed for cooking and shared meals.
Sleeping is spread across the main house and a separate sleepout. In the main house, there are three queen bedrooms and a larger bedroom with a super king bed that can be split into singles on request. Two family style bathrooms serve the main house, each with both a bath and a shower. The separate sleepout has a queen bed and external access and does not have a bathroom, making it well suited to guests wanting extra privacy.
Outdoor living is a highlight. Wide verandas frame leafy outlooks with views across Palm Beach, while the garden below adds privacy and a quiet, green feel. A barbecue is set up for easy summer meals, and an outdoor spa and shower provide a simple way to unwind after beach days or walks.
Crescent Villa is an easy, well laid out home designed for unhurried island stays, with space to come together and room to spread out.

This central location makes it easy to move between beaches, cafés, vineyards, and village hubs without long drive times. Thank you for your review and looking after the property
My little dog really enjoyed his stay here. There were six of us adults and a two year old child, but the house is large enough that we all had plenty of space to spread out without being on top of one another. The hot tub was popular and the views are spectacular. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and it’s easy to cook for large groups here. We definitely recommend this lovely old home.

Such wonderful guests with great communication, we are so glad you had a lovely stay! You are welcome back any time.
Our group of mums had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The hot tub with an amazing view was a hit! Communication with property managers was excellent. We stayed in winter and the house was nice and warm. Lots of character. Thank you for having us!
From the moment we walked up the stairs to going onto this property, we were "wowed", amazing views out to the gulf/sea, big warm rooms, nicely furnished and a hot pool to just float away the cares. Beautiful. A wee drive up the hill to get to the place but absolutely worth it.
We found this property to be in a great central location and the perfect place to celebrate a 60th, with a room for everyone and lots of area's so we were not in each other's space, the hot tub and views topped of a great weekend. Also a bonus to be allowed to bring the dog away was nice! Would definitely stay again.
The house was perfect to spend some time with good friends. Easy to get about the Island from, walk down to the beach and come back relax in the hot tub. we also gathered some fine food and wine and enjoyed cooking at the house and dining in the beautiful dinning room. The house really made the weekend special.

Thank you very much! That's so nice to hear. We hope you come back again very soon. Best, the team at Stay Waiheke
House is well positioned as a base to the many vineyards - spa and outdoor shower well used after an afternoon of cycling. Weather was wild but very comfortable inside with adjustable internal heating. Recommend the house as a weekend getaway.
Had the best stay with our group, views were far better than expected and the house was incredibly warm and inviting. Wish we could have stayed a few extra days, will definitely be coming back!
Thank you for making my 30th Birthday one to remember. The villa was even better than described. Everyone had a great time. Clear instructions. great quick communication. Thanks again
Gorgeous house! So nice with hot tub, lovely outdoor eating area! Very quick 7min downhill walk to palm beach and the bus stop that takes you to wineries!
We are a group of cyclists who wanted to enjoy a long weekend at Waiheke. We have stayed here before and again were very pleased with the property. Some enhancements from last year added to the stay especially the outdoor shower and deck.

Amazing!
Everone was so amazing to work with. It was a beautiful house. Loved the view and so close to Palm Beach. The walk down the bridal track was steep but well worth doing the short cut. Bus service to go to locations right outside the cafe and beach. Very easy to get to.

Excellent property - nice and spacious and good size rooms and everything we needed. It probably does need to have a car staying at this property unless you are keen walker, but an awesome spot with beautiful views from every room! Loved it - 9 ladies stayed and it did not feel cramped!
