The Space:

Soft harbor light, gentle breezes off the water, and wide decks where the day naturally slows its pace. From inside, water views stretch across the Destin Harbor and toward the Gulf, while outside, the pool deck and dock set the tone for easy coastal days spent together.



The setting

This entire waterfront home sits directly on the Destin Harbor with gated Holiday Isle beach access nearby. Nearly every interior space and porch captures water views, creating a constant connection to the surrounding coastline. The private dock includes up to six boat slips, with a minimum of two available at all times, and water taxi access makes trips to HarborWalk Village effortless.



Living spaces

The home is arranged across three split-level sections, designed to let large groups gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy. Each section includes its own living room, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor deck. Open living areas are bright and airy, with smart TVs throughout and a dedicated game room featuring a pool table and air hockey table for relaxed indoor fun.



Sleeping arrangements

Across nine bedrooms and six bathrooms, the layout balances king suites with playful bunk rooms. Each section includes two king suites with bathrooms and one bunk bedroom. The pirate-themed bunk room features four queen beds and two twin beds, while the additional bunk rooms offer two queen beds and one twin bed each. Ensuite bathrooms and thoughtful layouts make sharing space feel easy.



Kitchens and dining

Three full kitchens allow your group to cook, dine, and gather without crowding. Each kitchen is paired with its own dining and living space, supporting everything from shared meals to quieter evenings in smaller groups.



Outdoor living

A saltwater pool overlooks the harbor, with surrounding seating, a tabletop fire pit, and covered gathering areas beneath the home. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request for a nightly fee. An outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, patio seating, and backyard space invite long afternoons outside, while beach access and beach essentials make shoreline time simple.



Extras and important notes

The home is pet-friendly with a fee per pet. Guests staying four or more nights receive a complimentary 1.5-hour sunset tiki cruise, weather-dependent and based on availability. Winter snowbird rates are available by request. Long-term stays are welcome, and self check-in is provided via smart lock.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacations by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



Holiday Isle Beach Access:

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
