Silver medal winner for pet friendly bach of the year. This modern home located on Chalet Cres offering stunning views of the mountains, safe and fully enclosed backyard for the kids and pets. Very sunny decks and living. Enjoy the quiet away from the village crowds.
There is a spacious kitchen, open plan living with indoor outdoor entertaining. There is easy access to the Conical hill track and tracks leading around to a lake and reserve. Enjoy the many mountain biking tracks literally out the back door.
Ideal for all groups, friends, families or a romantic getaway for two and you can even bring your furry four legged friends.
Special conditions:
Smoking only outside. Pets outside only (large kennel provided) No groups under 25.
Driveway suited mostly for 4wd and short wheel base vehicles.

Great family get away

Property was tidy and generally in good condition. There was toys for the kids to play with which was good. Warm, with heaters in each room. Comfortable beds!

Hanmer hideaway

Very clean and tidy bach, with all the things you need to self cater and a lovely sunny deck and fenced garden. 5- 10 min quiet walk into the shopping area / pools etc. The steep but short drive comes out on a bit of a corner so found it best to back up as not much room to turn around for a larger vehicle like our ute.

Ang and I spent a weekend in Hanmer 10 years ago, fell in love with the place and decided to build a holiday home. We spent every weekend for 1.5 years building and landscaping this house with the hope of capturing the sun and establishing indoor and outdoor flow.

Why they chose this property

When designing this house our goal was to build a small cosy bach for all the family including our much loved four legged friends. We also wanted to make the most of the beautiful mountain views.

What makes this property unique

Kids and pets welcome - we love our furry four legged family members but have an outside dog only policy and they have a large spacious kennel to enjoy.
