Birthday trip

This was our 3rd stay at this lovely house and location.I travelled with my husband and 2 friends.one of which was celebrating her 50th Birthday.The house and pool are ideal for the laid back holidays we enjoy and after a day snorkelling or walking on the beach a great retreat to retun back to for a cool off in the pool.The weather was unusuallyly windy but the house is in a lovely sheltered location.We have stayed in resorts and other rental properties but this house will always be our first choice pending availability.

Great week in Titikaveka

Location is lovely, close to Muri and Titikaveka. House is lovely and spacious and has a lot provided or left from previous guests. We did have to replenish toilet paper, rubbish bags and washing powder but there were plenty of towels and bedding provided. The check in and check out process was easy - thank you for allowing us a later checkout, it made our last day a lot easier. The only real problem we had was the air conditioning and fan in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work so it was very hot. Instructions for wifi and the air con and washing machine and dryer would have been helpful. We loved the patio and outdoor furniture and the pool and the visiting chickens and cat. Would definitely stay again if travelling with a group because it was amazing having so much space, two bathrooms and the pool.

Island Paradise

This was a great property for 2 adults & 4 teenagers, nice and spacious with everything we needed. The pool was used every day and was great for cooling off in the heat of the day. Charlie’s restaurant and the beach was a nice 10 minute walk away

Secluded Paradise

Leomae's is a beautiful home suited for a family. The pool was great during the day and night. The facilities kitchen,laundry and bathrooms were well kept. Very spacious living areas. Would stay again

Lovely Holiday Home

We've used this holiday home more than once and it didn't disappoint a 2nd time. Love the space it's private, pool, air conditioning, house it self has everything. We had an issue with a rooms air conditioning unit and the property manager got someone in to fix it the same day which means it didn't effect our holiday. So couldn't thank them enough for looking after us. The wi-fi was awesome didn't cut out and was fast. Definitely recommend this house if you're travelling with a family. FYI I've recommended this house to a lot of my friends and family heading over in 2026.

Family and Freidns Stay in Raro

The house provided the space we needed for a large group to stay in one place. The pool was a key factor in deciding to stay here as well. Lots of condiments and spreads in pantry, possibly from previously guests, and we left surplus groceries as well. All rooms had air con, apart from the main linge. The dishwasher wasn't working, but rarely made use of the large kitchen, plus had teenagers to do dishes! Main annoyance the amount of roosters and dogs that went all from the early hours (3am) every night. You definitely expect roosters when staying in Raro (as I have been a few times before), but this was a other level. Bring ear plugs. Overall a good stay and what we were expecting, close to snorkiling, Muri and also Charlies! Great place within a 10 min walk.

Raro time

It was a nice to have a base for our group of 6. The house is quite large so still had space to chill out in own spaces. The pool was divine and was used evwryday

A wonderful stay

Wonderful late home in a great location! Highly recommend staying here. The pool was a little too chilly for us at this time of year but it didn’t matter because the sea was warm!

Great home in a great location.

We stayed as a family of 5. The gouse was great. Kids loved the pool for when we werent at the beach, which is a short walk away. Great apots to eat 10 minutes walk away as well. Hist was lovely with great communication. The house has everything you need. You wont be disappointed.

Home awake from home

All i can say is the house is beautiful inside and outside very clean, very spacious, kitchen is well equipped, pool is a bonus. Location is spot on, away from the town but close to activity that you have planned. The beach is a 2min drive if walking maybe 5mins. You can hire snorkel gears on the side off the road. Communication with owner was superb, we extend our stay with no problems.

Family time

Such a lovely family house. Lots of space for everyone. Was so fabulous having a pool. The house was really well equipped. The air con in all the bedroom was fabulous. And ment we all got a good nights sleep respite the hot weather.

Very Happy Family

Was huge and had all the comforts of home. We had loadsmof room to stretch out and even managed to host friends for the All Blacks game on the large tv! Pool was really sheltered from the wind that was a little persistent during our stay so that was a very welcome bonus. It isnt fenced which wasnt a worry for us but if you have little humans will pay to bear it in mind. Thank you for an amazing place to call home while we were away!

Well equipped

Well equipped house, especially the kitchen which is great when wanting to cook own meals etc. Lots of towels available. Lovely outdoor space, although some sun loungers would be a great addition. The ensuite shower does need some attention as water went out into the rest of the bathroom. Overall a great property for a group of friends. Would definitely return.

Second stay at LeoMae

We had a fabulous 16day stay over Christmas and New Year. This was our second time and this time we took friends with us who were equally as impressed. We had some challenges during our stay but both property manager and owner were very proactive and everything was fixed promptly and without impacting our enjoyment. We will be booking this accomodation again.

Wow! What an amazing house.

What a beautiful property, we absolutely loved our stay. The house is secluded in the trees and was absolutely beautiful. The pool was just amazing. We enjoyed every minute. Iloga was such an amazing property manager and was so helpful when we asked for some help. The house itself was huge and had everything we needed and more. We are all very home sick for Rarotonga and LeoMae House and know we will be back for sure. Thank you Iloga and Sholvin for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Has the potential to be fabulous

I never knew roosters start crowing in the middle of the night, 1.50am was the earliest I heard. Between them and the dogs, bring ear plugs if you're not a heavy sleeper. Dishwasher didn't work. Washing machine only works on one cycle (but I had to go next door and say I couldn't get it to work to discover this). Place needed a jolly good clean, there was dust and dirt behind doors, literally under a mat, the seals on the fridge need to be wiped with bleach (!) and walls needed a general wiping down. Both sinks upstairs didn't drain properly even though I mentioned it early on in our stay. Shower in upstairs bathroom lost pressure regularly. Found out on day three or four about the booster so we could get enough hot water. A welcome guide or users manual should list all this sort of thing. A selection of a couple of types of pillows would be nice as the only ones supplied were very firm and to big for children. Short walk down to the beach which was fabulous for snorkeling. Beach towels were really handy. Close to lots of good restaurants including Charlies that our hosts recommended. Big house, lots of space but needs a bit of attention to detail.

Lovely family property

The property was exactly as advertised and suited our family perfectly. It was lovely and clean and being back from the main road it was lovely and quiet. The pool was the main reason we stayed here and that was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook for our family. There were a couple of minor issues with facilities during our stay but they were attended to promptly by the owner and property manager who conveniently lives right next door. A couple of minor considerations: while the rooms downstairs do have air conditioning the living area doesn't and so it gets very warm and stuffy in the afternoon and due to the mosquitoes leaving the door open at night isn't an option. The water pressure upstairs is extremely lacking and if any water is being run downstairs, including the washing machine, having a shower is not possible. Neighboring properties do burn fires regularly which did make using the pool difficult for a couple of hours every few days. Other than that, this is a lovely family property and we had a great trip.
