- Bach site 78. Kumonin - Arrowsmith Built pre 1937 In 1937 the bach was owned by T. Oconnel (A catholic preiest) By 1955 the bach had been bought by D. L Arrowsmith a catholic engineer. The veranda was enclosed before 1941 Bach 78 features many aspects of the bungalow/cottage low roof ridge parallel to the sea, extensively glazed to sea view. The bach has a basic rectangular plan with an additional lean-to at the rear. These effects are achieved with salvaged materials and improvised building techniques.
