This is a spacious family home with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Every room has a sea view. There is a private sun drenched deck with all day sun to stretch out on and enjoy. Walk to town, the beaches, wharf and parks all within 10 minutes or drive in 2 minutes! We are in a beautiful valley with lots of trees, birds and even farm animals for the kids to check out. There is also a cot here if you have a baby and need this :)
The house is In a quiet peaceful cul de sac and is elevated, sheltered, surrounded by trees, and has all day sun . Breathtaking views of Raglan's beautiful inner harbour. Raglan town is 10 minutes walk away with great cafe's. shops, galleries, bar, restaurants, supermarket and everything you could need. Whether you want to kayak, surf, horse ride, SUP, practice yoga, hike, mountain bike, lie on the beach, or walk, it's all right here!

Hi! We are a family of two and moved to Raglan 4 years ago for the awesome lifestyle and for our son to grow up in this great place. We love the people and all the things you can do here in Raglan that are so close to home. We feel really grateful to be here and know you'll love your time in this magical town.
Why they chose this property
We chose this house because we were regulars to Raglan for surf trips and weekends away and decided it was time to move to where we loved. We loved this house because it is a short walk to everything in town but you really feel like you're away from it all. We chose it for the space and warmth with the all day sun.
What makes this property unique
This is a super private house that is surrounded by beautiful native trees and birdlife. With the two bedrooms upstairs you can chill out away from everyone else and read a book and look at the view, it's great. The deck that surrounds the house has sun on it all day and is sheltered from the wind, sometimes it's hard to leave!
