This single unit home is a one of a kind! Spacious with a perfect location! Less than a 1 minute walk to have your feet touch the sand. Less than a 5 minute walk to Belmont Park where the bars, and arcades are located. Parking is a plus with three spacious parking spots and a large living room. Great location for easy access of the street, beach and bay area. This is an awesome house to host get togethers and enjoy some true family time. We have it fully stocked the house with great amenities for a family filled fun vacation!

Own another rental nearby and love being a huge part of the community. Been here almost all my life at the beach and own a restaurant also located in the heart of Mission beach. LOVE nature and appreciate life around us. Its been a great honor to be apart of such a awesome community like mission beach. I have great insight if you all love nature and want to explore San Diego a bit more!
Why they chose this property
This property is truly a GEM. Its a full house, one block from the beach. You are entering and exiting where is is much safer next to a stop light because people do speed through the alley. Also GREAT parking spaces since parking can be a complete nightmare in Mission beach. House has been FRESHLY remodeled and is VERY CLEAN!
