About this property

Mas/Farm Marsanne

In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, near the charming little feudal and "living" village of Marsanne, Le Mas de La Source offers a serene and rural environment with a sublime view of the Valdaine plain and the foothills of the Vercors.

Authentic 19th century farmhouse completely renovated in a park of more than 2 hectares, it is an ideal setting for recharging your batteries or exploring our beautiful surroundings with family or friends.

The 670 m2 house can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people all year round, it is composed of 10 bedrooms including 2 suites and 1 children's dormitory, 7 bathrooms, 2 large fully equipped kitchens as well as 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms.

You can play pétanque on the "full west" ground or table tennis in the covered outdoor garage or take advantage of the many terraces with varied exposures.

The pool is not winterized and heated from May 1 to October 31.

You can get around on foot (10 minutes from the village), by bike or electric mountain bike (rental at the tourist office) or by car (2 minutes from the village, easy parking).

Le Mas de La Source has a large parking area and a sheltered garage for 2 cars.

Montélimar station 20 minutes away, Valence TGV station 40 minutes away, Avignon TGV station 1h10 away.

You will be exclusively at home at Mas de La Source. We do not live on site but 500m away, which allows us to listen to you and intervene quickly according to your needs.

We remain flexible, for smaller groups (up to 16 people), depending on availability and periods, we can agree to adapt our rates, do not hesitate to contact us.

If you wish to organize family or other events (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, communions, etc.) with invited guests not sleeping on site, please let us know before making your online reservation. If agreed, we will send you a personalized quote to validate directly on the site.

Sheets and towels are extra. After booking your stay, if you want beds made, please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival. The rental of sheets and towels is to be paid on site (Double bed kit, €35, single bed kit, €25).

We remain attentive to all your suggestions for additional equipment, we will always try to respond favorably to the extent possible.

Amazing family holidays in beautiful and authentic, fully-renovated farm house

We stayed one week in this beautiful country home for a family reunion. The house is spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. The two kitchens were well-equipped and we enjoyed meals on the terrace enjoying an incredible view of corn fields and mountains in the background. The pool has convenient build-in stairs and was a great refreshment during the hot summer days. The house also had a ping-pong table and a Pétanque field to play. All in all - two thumbs up for the house and the location. Thibaut was a great host. Whenever we had a question, he was there to help. The nearby town, Marsanne, is just a 15 min walk away. It is small but has everything you could need, including charming cafes and an old castle ruin to visit. Nothing but great things to say about the stay!

Que du bonheur !

Excellent très grand week-end passé entre amis et famille. Nous étions une vingtaine, moitié enfants (entre 4 et 14 ans) et moitié adulte. Tout s'est très bien passé, aucune fausse note ! Le propriétaire est disponible et très à l'écoute. Et en plus, nous avons u la chance d'avoi du soleil ! Bref, un très bon bon séjour dans un propriété très belle et très bien entretenue !

Une Team Buiding dans un superbe cadre !

en famille au mas de la source

Très bon weekend proche de marsanne, maison de charme ou nous avons jouis du calme de la propriété, de belles chambres très bien décorées, une belle piscine, et une grande salle a manger pour le soir. Nous avons surtout apprécié l'espace extérieur grâce au temps favorable et la proximité des très beaux villages de la drome provençale et de la vallée pour faire du vélo. Bravo et merci aux propriétaires toujours disponibles. Le service proposé de massage sur place a été très apprécié également.

Séjour inoubliable

Voilà un lieu où nous aimerions bien revenir. Un mas idéal pour une réunion de famille, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, conforme à la description et un hôte très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. A cela, il faut rajouter une très belle vue.

Amazing French spacious house with a great location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this great typical French house in Marsanne. Both the owners and Alex were always available and ready to help us. Everything was available - two living rooms - two kitchens and amazing garden with swimming pool. We would love to come back once again to see more of the environment. If I have to say one small thing, we could really use one or two more chairs next to the swimming pool including an umbrella.

Nous étions un groupe d’une dizaine d’amis, la propriété est parfaite pour cela (quasiment 1 chambre par personne !), on peut aller facilement dans le centre ville à pieds profiter des bons restaurants. Je recommande vivement !

La propriété est très agréable, les propriétaires très disponibles avant et pendant notre séjour. La maison et les équipements extérieurs ont été très appréciés. Seul petit bémol selon le sens du vent, la ligne de TGV au loin. Nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour dans la région.

Une semaine de bonheur sous le soleil français

C'était un plaisir de séjourner dans cette belle maison rénovée avec goût et tout confort. Les chambres spacieuses offrent suffisamment d'intimité et des espaces de vie très confortables pour passer des moments agréables avec un grand groupe d'amis. La cuisine, belle et pratique, invite à cuisiner et à l'extérieur, sur la terrasse et le jardin, il y a suffisamment d'espace et de meubles pour manger en groupe. L'accueil de Delphine était chaleureux et elle était toujours disponible pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer de bonnes vacances.
