Great place to stay.

Awesome house. Jessica dealt with a minor plumbing issue very quickly. Hot tub in the back yard was so much fun.

Good location and has all the necessary items around the house for bedding comfort. Backyard had some nice patio furniture. Home was clean and made good use of the washer drying which worked well. I wish the seating arrangements in the living room were more comfortable. Sofas feel small and you can feel frame while seated. I’m not a large person or tall. Kitchen could use a small upgrade for the cooking equipment as the guys relayed to me. This is more nit picky items as to a homey feel. Overall was a good stay and all things work. Appreciate the booking and stay.

amenities are nice

The stay was fine but not as clean as it could be. Needed more than 2 wash clothes in the master bathroom. There was no advertisement that all the rooms are upstairs. Hot tub and game room was fun. The kitchen needs some washcloths and hand towels. The furniture is not comfortable to sit on at all

Twin Falls

The house was wonderful. The only thing that needs addressing is the cooking utensils. Pots and pans were a joke. The frying pan was little you couldn’t even make bacon in it. Only one kitchen towel. Thank you

Great stay, customer service lacking

Was a great stay, although the kitchen was lacking supplies, like only had one pan. That made breakfast challenging. But customer service is less then ideal. tried to get ahold of property management cuz we arrived 3 minutes early and tried to find out if that’s why the code wouldn’t work. Nobody answered but replied by text message, Although it sounded automated. Apparently couldn’t find the booking cuz said had no record of the address for the property and after sending screen shot of the booking they kept asking for information that they already have. Gave up since we tried the code again after 4 and it worked. Everything else was fine.
