This condo features many places to relax, including in front of the gas fireplace. Put a movie on the big screen TV and pull out the queen size sofabed if you can't pull away in time for bed! The fully equipped kitchen includes the cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware you need to serve up delicious meals. The private gas grill on the balcony can take the meat (or veggie!) main dishes to the next level. Of course, guests of this condo will also enjoy access to the shared heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, and other shared amenities available during their stay.

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
