After a day of exploring, kick back in the comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming your favourite shows or catching up on emails. The lounge sofa can also convert into a double bed if required. The linen is available in the main bedroom cupboard.

Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and depart the house easily. Keys can be collected from the convenience store across the road from the apartment: Melbourne Letsave Convenience Store, address: 8 Power Street, Southbank 3006.
Opening hours:
Monday through Thursday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday through Saturday: from 8:30 a.m. to midnight.
Sunday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.
If you leave anytime and the store is not open, there's a drop-off key lock box. Your unique code for the collection is 553218. Please quote this to the store person and inform them that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
