The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, featuring modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Start your mornings at the barstools or enjoy a shared meal at the dining table. After a day of exploring, kick back in the comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming your favourite shows or catching up on emails. With reverse cycle heating and cooling, plus a portable fan, you'll feel perfectly at home no matter the season. Blackout blinds ensure you get the restful sleep you deserve.

Simply Southbank is all about making your stay as easy as possible. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for your convenience, and a complete set of linens and towels is provided. You'll also find a collection of books to enjoy during your downtime. A secure parking space is included, so you never have to worry about city parking.

The apartment is also close to Flinders Street Station, with convenient access to Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone, taking you directly to Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street) and beyond.

All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linens/towels may incur costs.

SOFA BED
The lounge sofa can also convert into a double bed if required. The linen is available in the main bedroom cupboard.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and depart the house easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

Keys can be collected from the convenience store across the road from the apartment: Melbourne Letsave Convenience Store, address: 8 Power Street, Southbank 3006.

Opening hours:
Monday through Thursday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday through Saturday: from 8:30 a.m. to midnight.
Sunday: from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.

If you leave anytime and the store is not open, there's a drop-off key lock box. Your unique code for the collection is 553218. Please quote this to the store person and inform them that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest.

Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
