Step inside this beautifully maintained and meticulously clean unit. TV’s in every room, fully airconditioned and it boasts quality furniture and decor. The location is fabulous and central to most things. It’s within walking distance to the Golf Club and the local shopping centre. Just a little bit further and there is Marrara Sporting Complex and the airport. I wouldn’t walk to the airport though. It comes complete with picnic rug and basket, folding chairs and small esky and a folding table. Outside there is a spacious under cover parking area. And for those scorching hot days you can kick back in your own private pool and relax with a glass of wine.

I was born in Darwin a long time ago. I get a kick out of getting great reviews and being pleasant and accommodating.
Why they chose this property
The suburb is a private suburb, therefore somewhat nicer than most of Darwin suburbs. I would love to boast NO crime but can honestly only say less crime. It is a quiet and relatively safe suburb as well. It’s location is central to everything for me. There is literally only 4-5 suburbs in Darwin I would live in, this is one. I also live in this suburb
What makes this property unique
I always endeavour to keep up with repairs and maintenance and am constantly seeking to improve my guests stays. I genuinely want guests to have a great experience. I often have guests say they will definitely be back. To me that is the highest compliment I could wish for
