You’ll love the serene lake and mountain views from Lakeside Haven, a three-story town-home full of amenities and less than a five-minute walk to seven miles of sandy Rockaway Beach. With five decks, a hot tub and a downstairs game room, you and your guests will find plenty of places to unwind. You’re also walking distance from town, including a city park, so you can easily get to dining, coffee, and shopping without getting in the car, making this an easy and relaxing spot for rejuvenation.

The gorgeous hardwood flooring in the upper-level great room sets the stage for convivial time together. Plush sofas, TV and games in the living room pair with a large deck overlooking beautiful coastal Lake Lytle—sliding doors and ample windows bring in ocean light. With quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and a wine-rack island, the kitchen is fully equipped for mealtimes, and three cushioned bar stools at the breakfast counter add seating to the dining room table for six. When it’s time to retreat for the night, the third-floor bedrooms give everyone private space. A master bedroom with a full bath looks out over the lake with its own private deck, where you can enjoy both evening quiet over the lake and mountain sunrises. The kids will delight in their own bunk room that sleeps five. They’ll also love heading down to the garage game room to play pool, ping-pong, and darts while overlooking the back deck with easy access to the hot tub. It was a very nice place to stay. Parking is difficult and very limited. Beds were extremely comfortable. Proximity to the beach was amazing. The house was very clean and beautiful inside.

We were told we had to check in 2 hours late due to an issue at the property. The property is in a good location and has a nice layout. We were extremely disappointed to find the home dirty and not maintained. Photos were forwarded to the property manager.

Nice place

This house was spacious and the location to the beach and town was great. We especially loved the playroom downstairs and the different patios. Everyone had space to enjoy some quiet if they needed it. The laundry machines were great and in a great location. The barbeque was falling apart and not usable. Half the jets in the hot tub didn't work and we all felt really itchy after using it. There didn't appear to be any shock available or anything to treat the water. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this house. Just don't plan on using the BBQ or hot tub.

Good location, nice view

Overall we had a pleasant stay here! It’s very close to the beach and a cute food cart pod. We walked to the coffee stand each morning and loved it. The view from the decks were lovely and the natural light was a plus. A few things to know ahead of time: it’s a duplex and the neighbors are watching everything. We got a call about a kid crossing their driveway and a car parked in the coffee shop lot. Also, the kitchen isn’t well stocked if you plan on cooking. Plan to bring any special tools/spices (including olive oil, salt, pepper), and foil/saran wrap, Tupperware containers. The pillows are flat, so bring yours from home if that’s something that would bother you. If you’re planning on spending all day at the beach/exploring this is a great landing spot. Is walking distance to downtown Rockaway and about 20 minutes to manzanita. Lots of great options!
