Located close to the causeway, this lovely four bedroom home with east facing views of Coobowie Bay, is the perfect getaway for couples and families alike. Enjoy balmy evenings on the front porch enjoying the open view of the beachfront entertained by the local birds chirping continuously as they go their merry way. Or enjoy watching the sunsets in the back yard facing native bushland. Relax after a long day exploring in the bathtub and enjoy barbecues in the enclosed side veranda.
The house is within walking distance to the Coobowie shop on the hill and the Coobowie pub which offers quality beverages and dining. A quick 10 minute drive takes you to Edithburgh where an IGA offers an array of shopping options and a further two pubs are waiting to be of service.
Coobowie Bay is the perfect spot for casual fishing, scenic walks and just perfect for relaxation.
