Perfect for you next romantic Big Bear getaway. Five-minute drive to Oktoberfest/Convention Center, snow play, and short driving distance to all other areas of Big Bear including the ski resorts. Within walking distance to local mountain transit.
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 500 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed, electric fireplace, and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming and 1 gig Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Mini split AC unit available.
OUTDOORS - Fully fenced backyard. Propane barbecue.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
