Family Weekend Visit

We enjoyed our stay. This is the second time our family has used this property for a weekend visit with our kids. We would rent this house again for our next weekend later in the Spring if it’s available.

Great location

The home is in a quiet and nice neighborhood with easy access to shopping, highways etc. Beautiful house, had the feeling of hime.Only ding I would give was I tried via email and text to inquire regarding early checking and never had a response from Darlene. Evolve was very responsive with any questions however they could not assist with the checking question.

Very dirty

The property had not been cleaned adequately before our arrival. There was dirt and dog hair all over the floor. I swept up huge piles of dog hair immediately upon entering the home. The bathrooms were relatively clean but could have been cleaner. The porch and patio table was covered in dirt. I cleaned the floor, bathrooms, and patio. The sheets on the bed looked clean. Sunday morning of our stay I asked my daughter why someone slept on a blowup mattress and that's when we discovered that there was dog hair and remnants of a dog treat covering the sheets on the trundle bed. I let the property manager know the condition of the home and was told that the owner had been staying there prior to our arrival and that the owner cleaned before we checked in. The owner contacted me and sent me a 25 gift card to Home Depot for our inconvenience. Very odd and disappointing experience with an evolve property.
