Check-in process was seamless. Kitchen is small (you would expect this in a studio) but very functional. Overall, this property is very new looking, extremely clean and very well appointed. Should have everything a couple would need for a delightful stay. And being pet friendly checks a very important box for us.
The studio had everything we needed and more! The only downside was when it was time to leave, we didn't want to go..We will definitely be back for another stay! This place is so cozy and comfortable, with so many amenities, you just feel relaxed.

Great communication on vacation rental, Studio is small yet very efficient and clean and cute decor. Great outdoor patio with electric fireplace and having coffee at the lake was beautiful. I am very picky and give this place a 10.

Our stay at studio on Lake St Claire
I needed a place for 2 family members an adult daughter and aunt to stay close by, so I reserved this studio. It was small but perfect, clean, cute, and efficient. It is exactly like the pictures. Owner communicated immediately to special needs.
The couch on the corner was loose. When we got there, the bathroom door hinge is loose. You have to hold the door up in order to close it. When the power went out for the most of our stay it was still out when we left, when we responded to the homeowners, they said it just happens. There was no response in helping us stay warm. We lost all of our food. It was very cold. They need to have a backup plan. Because the power evidently goes out a lot. There, we were also not charged for a pet fee. But when we made a reservation, we said there was three people and a pet, but they got that taken care of in future, they need to have a backup plan. It was a very cold and miserable stay.

We sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced during your stay and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Your comments came as a surprise, as we strive to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, and during your stay you shared that everything was wonderful aside from the power outage. The outage was the result of a major storm that affected the entire area, and while it was something none of us could have anticipated, we truly understand how frustrating it can be during a trip. We also want to clarify that this isn’t a common occurrence for the area. During your stay, we shared that we’d be glad to reimburse you for any water or ice you needed to keep your food safe while the power was out. We did not receive any additional concerns until the last day, when you mentioned that the loss of water and a few minor maintenance items made it difficult to complete the checkout instructions. We certainly understand how the outage contributed to those challenges. This experience has prompted us to review and update our emergency supplies, including adding coolers, ice packs, and extra water to better support future guests in similar unforeseen situations.
