The home is in SUNBIRD GOLF RESORT, Chandler. A GATED 55+ Resort with full amenities: large clubhouse with pool room, restaurant/bar and indoor gym. Several outdoor courts for tennis, pickle ball, horse shoes etc. A large outdoor lap pool and hot tub and a 18 hole golf course (separate fee).
THIS IS A HOME SHARE RENTAL.. you will occupy one bedroom in two bedroom home. In your room: WiFi, TV with free streaming service. Walk in closet, your bedroom and full bath are for your use only. Shared living, dining, kitchen area, patio with bbq grill and washer/dryer. Secure street parking in front of residence. Full use of all resort amenities.
Perfect for vacation getaway or short term housing if relocating to Chandler area.
Sorry one person only no couples or children. Small dog will be considered with pet damage deposit.
