Our home is a 2 bedroom + office, 2 bath home. Solera Community is located on Riggs Rd, in the southernmost part of Chandler, Arizona, near the beautiful San Tan Mountains. Community Center Activity card requires a one time fee of $15 p/person to enjoy all activities in the community center which include lap pool and recreational pool with hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room, cardio/weight room, library, billiard room, and more! Community is adjacent to the Lone Tree Public Golf Course and Grill. Your favorite stores and restaurants conveniently located 5-10 minute drive. Enjoy all activities within the community center which include lap pool and recreational pool with hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room, cardio/weight room, library, billiard room, and much more! Community is adjacent to the Lone Tree Public Golf Course. You’ll find all of your favorite stores and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. There are also two major shopping centers close by: Chandler Fashion Square Mall, and San Tan Valley Mall. Both just a short 10-15 minute drive away for anything and everything you could possibly need or want.
