House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6+)

You will enjoy a private backyard with desert landscaping. A gas and wood fire pit are available for use. Horseshoe pits are in the back yard. A grill will be provided. All stainless steel appliances are new and barely used. A new washer and dryer are available for use. The home is fully stocked with dishes and everything you will need to stay comfy on your vacation. It's conveniently located less than a few miles from a major freeway(202) and is also by all other major freeways in the area (101, 60, 10). You will be Less than a ten minute drive from The Chandler Fashion Mall as well as the San Tan mall. A Harkins movie theater is 2 minutes away and Down town Chandler is less than 5 minutes away!

There are many local attractions to keep you busy, including: hiking, multiple golf courses, casinos, shopping and lots of great dining.

There's a nice green belt next to the home for you, the kids, and your pet(s). There's also a playground for the kids.

1/2 of Cactus League Stadiums are about 25-30 minutes away. The rest are no more than an hour.

Parking: Parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles must park in the driveway. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. I do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Gas Fire Pit: Do not burn items in the Gas Fire Pit. The tank must be filled after use. Wood Fire Pit: Must be cleaned out after use.
