Brand new, self contained, spacious, private, guest suite with private entrance, Very conveniently located, easy access to Hwy# 99 (Interstate 5) and Hwy #10, 10 minutes to US border, 10 minutes to crescent/white rock beach, Walking distance to YMCA, restaurants, banks, shopping centre.

THE SUITE IS LOCATED ON GROUND FLOOR. NO STAIRS.

40 minutes drive to Vancouver Airport

Fully furnished, fast WIFI 300 MB, 55" TV, KING sized bed (76" wide) that can accommodate two adults and 1 or 2 little children comfortably, Aattached, large, private bathroom with curbless shower.

Small kitchen that includes microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, Keurig coffe maker (includes coffee pods, cream and sugar)
Guest access
Private entrance, Self Check-in. Access code along with check in directions will be emailed 48 hours prior to check in.

The area is as beautiful and we felt very safe. The unit was comfortable - the mattress and pillows could be improved. Bathroom and kitchen area were great!

This is in a beautiful neighbourhood and I felt safe, even at night. The suite is very nice, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Just be aware that there are fans to keep you cool, I don’t think there was AC but I don’t mind that at all. The owner replied to my messages quickly and was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
