What a disaster. Booked through Expedia. No mention of major construction next door. Booking was managed by VRBO and Burleigh Letting. Construction woke me and the kids at 6am. Complained and checked out. Was charged full nights accommodation and full 4 day cleaning fee even though accommodation was inadequate. No one willing to refund the first night. They all point the finger at each other
