Beautiful newly-renovated condo only steps away from white sand beaches

The perfect choice for that quiet and slower-paced family beach getaway. This is a fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a Gulf view, on the East side of Gulf front building. Recently remodeled, this beautiful unit has new furniture, floors, granite tops, cabinet upgrade, and completely repainted in soothing colors for your relaxing stay. Unit has 3 new queen beds with a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Living room and master bedroom each have a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. Kitchen with all stainless appliances provide a great place to prepare your meals and drinks. Complex has a heated indoor pool, outdoor pools, tennis courts, putting green, hot tubs, sauna, workout room and lots more amenities. Sassy Bass restaurant on ground floor is a wonderful place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you would rather have someone else do the cooking (kid's menu available). A $25 parking pass per car is required that can be purchased on site at the guard house. The parking pass is a one time purchase good for the entire stay. A Property Protection Package is required.

On checkout, put dishes in dishwasher and start. Dirty pots and pans are to be washed before leaving. Do not leave dirty dishes or pots in the sink.

Wonderful vacation!!! The condo was clean and stocked with everything my family needed. The Plantation resort has great beaches, pools, barbecue and tennis courts. Our host Fred made check in super easy. We have already booked the condo for next year!!!

The lack of communication regarding a 40 dollar parking pass, the toaster was old and broken, the refrigerator did not have ice maker as listed, one of the bathtubs had old repairs and wasn’t very clean, beds were comfortable, it was a nice location to the beach, the pools were nice, not sure I would stay here again,

The parking rate - not within our control - of $25 for the duration of the stay had increased by $15 to $40 after this guest booked and was not reflected on the Renter's Agreement. The refrigerator had been replaced, and I had not realized that the ice maker feature was listed on kitchen amenities. Thank you for bringing the bathtub issue to my attention; I will discuss it with the cleaning service.

The condo was perfectly sized for my children and I. We used all of the amenities and enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked perfectly, the beds were comfy, the balcony gave a beautiful view of the beach as well. I could keep going about our stay. I'll end it with book your stay here!

Great place!

Brought the family for Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful place, very clean, great location (away from the crowds but close enough to go into Gulf Shores when we wanted). Restaurant on site is excellent. We will definitely be back!

Unlike many areas on the Gulf Coast, Royal Gulf Surf and Racquet Club is located in a more reserve area where families gather for sun-filled days of fun, peace, and relaxation. This condo was chosen because of its location near Kiva Dunes Golf Course - a world-class course and for the serenity of the area. It is perfect for those who want to just get away and chill for a few days, weeks, or longer.
