Stunning large, modern, brand-new 3 bedroom and den condo with unobstructed water and city views from every room. Situated on the 47th floor above all other condos downtown.

The kitchen is spacious and modern with top of the line appliances including gas stove, double ovens, large fridge and wine cellar. A substantial kitchen island provides a wonderful place to socialize with family and friends.

Amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, golf simulator, 2 underground parking spots.

The building is a 59-story and 525-foot twisting tower designed by Danish architects; located in the Waterfront Beach District Neighbourhood. It is a dynamic, inverted and top-heavy architectural structure. It has ultra-fast elevators, the fastest in Canada and designated elevators that only go to the upper executive floors.
Professionally furnished brand-new extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a deck with breath taking views.

I will be available should any questions come up during your stay.

At the base of our building you will find a spectacular organic grocery store called 'Fresh Street Market' and the convenience of London Drugs within steps as you walk out the front door. Restaurants and coffee shops all within steps to a short walk from our building.
Our famous 22-kilometres seawall is at a two-minute walk straight down the street to the water. One block over is the water taxi that will take you across to Granville Island in a few short minutes.

You will be closed to major bus routes and a ten-minute walk to the Yaletown Skytrain Station, which connects you to the YVR Vancouver Airport. The closest Aquabus pick-up station is at a three-minute walk from the condo and it is located on the base of Hornby Street.

Amazing views in an iconic part of the skyline

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and well designed. The views were amazing and the location very good, close to the sea wall and having a supermarket and London Drugs downstairs was very convenient. The swimming pool is a proper 25m length, rare to find. Overall we thought our stay was good value relative to the quality.
