First, apologies that you didn’t enjoy the apartment but thanks for acknowledging the prime location. A few responses as I feel the portrayal is unfair. I wanted to make sure you could access the parking and show you in person, even after sending a very detailed message with clear instructions about how to access it. Verifying the number of guests as per apartment rules and bringing extra supplies is pretty standard too. I took the time out of my day to ensure a smooth check in process to meet you instead of leaving you with virtual instructions only. As for the apartment itself, you must be used to extremely fancy frat houses! As pictured, there is a dining table with chairs in the living room, and the couch is standard size, even large enough for someone to sleep on. The “woefully misplaced” room is actually the den for guests to have a workspace should they want. As per the towels, there were extra in the laundry room as I showed you and the microfiber clothes are clearly for wiping down the counters and not face towels. I am sorry that you couldn’t find the main light fixtures overhead (there’s one in every room) or the light blocking curtains, but these were all questions that you could have asked and I would have helped you troubleshoot. For future reference, the furniture is exactly as pictured with upscale mattresses (even a topper for guests) and bed frames.
