The workout area called ESPRIT CLUB is located on the main floor of the building boasts a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, weight workout room, offices, bowling alley and games room including table tennis. ALL INCLUDED WITH FREE ACCESS

Across the street is Parq Casino a 72,00 square-foot casino spread across 2 floors with table games and slot machines.
Next door is BC PLACE home to this year's WORLD CUP as well as the Whitecaps soccer and BC Lions football.
