Great stay for Easter weekend

This is a great location and a comfortable stay. The outside space was great. Indoor space was comfortable. It was great to have the game room for rainy days. It was nice to have paper towels, soap, detergents, etc provided. Some items that were missing for our stay were a cutting board and a strainer, but we were able to make a beautiful Easter dinner with what we did have.

Property was clean and functional. Photos make the outdoor area seem larger than it actually is. Upon arrival the WIFI was not working leaving us with no access to TV’s or electronics the first night of our stay as we had spotty service and the amenity was not functional. The property manager was unprofessional and passive aggressive and stated this was an ongoing issue “out of her control”. Noting it is an ongoing issue, I would expect the manager to be proactive and check the property prior to a guests arrival to ensure paying customers get to enjoy their stay fully as expected. Unfortunately, that was not the case. As previous guests noted, cutting boards and a colander to strain pasta are still not accessible. Overall, due to the lack of detail, unprofessionalism from the manager and lack of care to be of service while negating what would make an occupants stay a little more seamless I would not book this cabin again as it felt they are content with providing the bare minimum customer service.
