Reverse cycle ducted air conditioner plus ceiling fans in all rooms. Lounge area with home theatre with 3 televisions in total. Some board games provided. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Shaded rear pergola with outdoor dining table, hooded BBQ and pizza oven (BYO wood). Fish cleaning sink provided at rear of property. front load washing machine and dryer. Garage parking for 2 cars. Secure rear yard. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - inside pets accepted in wet areas of the house
