Parcoola Retreats offers secluded luxury on the river with a tiny‑home escape where every detail is thoughtfully curated for peace and connection.

The accommodation offers a purpose-built haven beside the Murray River sleeping up to four guests. The modern tiny home and restored stone cottage spark comfort and simplicity.

Amenities are complete; fully equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, claw‑foot bathtub, kayaks, and breakfast provisions. Guests reconnect with loved ones in complete privacy.

Guest rest comfortably in two loft bedrooms with queen beds and the bathroom features a rain shower and flushing toilet.

Parcoola Retreats is a 3 hour drive from Adelaide and a 2 hour drive from Mildura (Victoria).

Your booking includes a complimentary local bottle of wine and breakfast provisions.

~ INSIDE THE HOUSE ~
The tiny house is fully self-contained and includes a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, including two-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, bakeware, utensils, fridge/freezer, cocktail accessories and Nespresso pod machine.

Other features include two loft bedrooms with queen beds dressed in French flax linen and in the bathroom a rain shower and flushing toilet.

All sleeping linen, bath towels, robes and toiletries (hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner) are provided for your convenience.

Your booking includes a complimentary breakfast hamper with a focus on local produce (may include depending on seasonal variation bacon, tomatoes, eggs, bread, milk and juice) and complimentary local bottle of wine.

~ OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ~
The Murray River is a mere 120m walk from your doorstep. Children must be supervised at all times and life jackets are recommended to be worn beside the river.

Sweeping views of the Murray River are admired from large deck and dining outdoors is encouraged with dining and lounge settings. Reconnect and stargaze around the fire pit or take a long soak in the claw foot bathtub which is uniquely housed in the old cottage which has been lovingly restored.

To help you explore the river we have provided 2 adult kayaks and life vests. These are used at guests' own risk.

All firewood is provided.
