Beautiful house located in Balneário 7 de Setembro, 150 metres from the beach, 3 km from Boqueirão in the north of the island (centre) heading south, 600 metres from the Coca-Cola lagoon and 1 km from the Sol market. The space is ideal for families and friends seeking to enjoy the peace and nature of Ilha Comprida. From the gourmet area, you will have a special view of the beach and the sunset. Our garage space accommodates up to 3 vehicles with a lockable gate and security camera. The gourmet area has all kitchen utensils, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, barbecue, 6-burner stove, smart TV with all open and closed channels, and a desk for a home office, all in excellent condition. NOTE: THE HOUSE IS A TWO-STORY HOUSE, WITH THE FOLLOWING PART BEING... Ground floor residence for caretakers (Marques and Hilda), and upstairs (two-story house) providing a complete space for guests. Everything is individual, only the backyard is shared.
