The space This beautifully renovated condo has everything you need for your Whistler getaway. Ample space for skis & snowboards in the entryway and heated tile flooring will ensure your gear will be dry for the next day. Access the main living room just up the stairs where you will be welcomed with west coast mountain accents and an open layout perfect for family gatherings.
The living room has a new custom double sofa bed, smart tv so you can access your Netflix account and a gas fireplace to give a warm finish to the room. Off the living room is the 1st of two private decks and is equipped with a propane BBQ and mountain views.
The dining room has a large table with bench seating and is open with the kitchen and living room making dining simple.
The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. It is fully equipped with everything you would possibly need to make a gourmet meal should you choose not to venture just steps into the village. Kitchen amenities include: - Coffee Maker - Crock pot - Ample dish wear - Pots & Pans - Glassware (juice, wine etc...) - Toaster - Spices and oils
In Suite Laundry is located in the closet at the top of the stair leading to the two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with shower stall and heated tile flooring. You will have plenty of space in the closet for all of your luggage or use the luggage rack to store your suitcase. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a set of double bunks beds and wall mounted flat screen and a good size closet. Enjoy the second private deck where you will be greeted with gorgeous mountain views and your own private hot tub.
Free underground parking is available on site, but with a location this walkable a car is not needed to enjoy Whistler to its fullest.

Very nice, well equipped property. Very clean and owners were excellent with communicating with us. Excellent location right by the village. Highly recommend.
Great property located on the bus line and steps from restaurants and shopping. I've stayed in this neighborhood on several trips. This unit ranks high and is clean and well-maintained.
We had a group of six adults stay here for a wedding and we loved the property. Everything was clean and access to the village was super easy. It does get warm in the summer with no AC, but using the fan provided helped keep it cool at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is described as ‘luxurious’, however we wouldn’t call it luxurious but everyone’s standards vary.
Amazing stay overall. Super clean and nice place with lots of space and awesome hot tub. Much nicer than the last place I stayed at in Whistler. Central location with easy walking distance to everything. Comfortable beds and a modern rainfall shower was a huge plus. Definitely will be back!

This property is located just in the outskirts of the village. For the activities my guests and I were doing, it was a perfect location with an awesome layout that was accommodating for everyone. I would definetly recommended staying here if you are interested in having a property that allows for a true Whistler experience!
Loved the location and the condo, it was well equipped, warm, very comfortable. Oliver was very helpful and communication was easy and prompt. Everything to the smallest detail had been thought of and made our stay very comfortable.
We will definitely book again when in Whistler next.
We visit Whistler every summer and have stayed in many different places. This was probably the largest unit we have stayed in and appreciated the space. This was also one of the most well equipped Whistler rentals we have visited, with plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen amenities in good condition (sharp knives!). The unit was just as seen in the pictures, and the hot tub on the deck was excellent as it was both private and had mountain views. Check in was easy with perfect instructions from the host. We would definitely stay here again in future visits.
Fantastic property. Just a walk across the road to Whistler village. Numerous restaurants and supermarket just across the road. Free shuttle to slopes directly across from the apartment. Very comfortable beds, great living area, spa and area for ski equipment and gear near entrance. Oliver was a great host and responded to all questions promptly. So quiet but yet so convenient to all Whistler has to offer and the ski slopes. We will return!
Great location, charges extra for 8 people, not very clean
Cons: they charged us extra for having 8 people, even though the listing is for 8 people and claimed it was for an additional cleaning fee. The place was not very clean, popcorn was left on the floor, lots of dust, stained sheets. The space felt smaller than pictured and was tight for 8 people
Pros: the location is awesome very walkable to everything. The host was responsive.
We enjoyed this unit very much. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us - close to everything (especially the grocery store) without actually being “in” the village (which we find to be too noisy).
We liked the privacy of the unit - the trees outside the windows make you feel like you are in the woods, not the village. The hot tub had plenty of privacy as well. Perfect combination for us - close to everything but a place to have some space of our own.
Note - I did not realize the unit was three levels. It was okay for us (we will return) but it might be an issue for some…
The 2 best parts of this property are the location and Oliver's communication.
Place was well appointed, decent couch + tv, enough pots/pans/dishes/basics (oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc) to be able to cook, and having the 2 floors was nice to be able to work downstairs while someone was napping upstairs. Wifi was also really good for doing work zoom calls etc.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is
1) no curtains in the master bedroom so at the crack of dawn the bedroom is very bright, not great if you want to sleep in on vacation
2) just a low level of disrepair akin to a managed property and not one someone lives in, eg. missing blinds in 2nd room, closet door in master doesn't work, several lights burnt out.
All really minor things, and nothing that would prevent us from recommending this place, but I mention them because I hate when people give ratings with zero explanations.
Condo was well suited for 4 adults and super convenient to the market and villages but quieter than being in the village itself. We all really liked the condo, would recommend it and would absolutely stay there again. (I own a vacation rental myself in a ski town so I’m picky).
Nicely furnished and very well equipped condo with everything you might want/need— things like French press, spices, oil, sandwich bags, laundry detergent — things you might only need to use once and hate having to buy were right there. We used the hot tub once and it was clean and easy to use. TV was idiot-proof as well!
The condo had stairs to the kitchen/family room and more stairs up the bedrooms and both bathrooms, which was mentioned in the ad and no big deal at all. I was a little worried that it would get too hot (in 80s during the day!) but a ceiling fan in the king bedroom and portable fan for the bunk room worked well and the rooms were cool enough to sleep at night. The beds and pillows were all comfortable too.
Finally, the host provided detailed directions and there was additional info in the unit.
Oliver is an excellent host with very timely response and easy communication. The location of this property was perfect for us -- easy to grab groceries and to access Village shops and the mountain base. The place is clean and has a great area for stowing ski gear, coats, etc. Hot tub was great!
