Port st lucie stay

Very nice house. Would definitely stay again. We have family that lives 3 miles away and could not accommodate everyone staying there so this was a great option for us. Close to beaches and everything you need.

Beautiful home! The only complaint is I paid 120.00 extra to have the pool heated, the pool was not heated. I reached out to VRBO twice for help when I felt the water and it wasn’t heated, no response. I spoke with someone twice after my stay to let them know and no one has gotten back to me. This is my first time using VRBO, I’m reluctant to use them in the future. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt it important for future guests.

Issues with internet and tv’s every day, host called once concerned with his alarm system that was an internet issue and not concerned with our comfort and internet/tv issues until it messed with his cameras. Garbage disposal didn’t work, dishwasher popped the breaker any time we tried to use it. Grill propane was almost empty upon checkin, no tools to clean/use the grill. Floor trim by pool table loose and moved around causing a tripping hazard,pool table surface worn and not flat, tips missing from pool cues, no chalk, no ping pong balls. Dining area lighting flickered more than not, pool was pretty small, most rafts were torn up upon arrival. Refrigerator had a non working ice maker, they did provide a small countertop version, refrigerator water filter needed replaced. Hardly any food container options, had to buy my own while we were there.Good amount of parking and the ability to use the garage was nice, just no way to access it or close it from the outside.Bedrooms were sized ok, nice to have a cabana bathroom off the pool. Other than leaving marks on our lighter clothes in the dryer, the washer and dryer worked ok.Not the best house we’ve used on VRBO, would not rent again.
