Simply download the app to your phone, and input your pickup and drop-off locations along with the number of passengers in your party. Tap to confirm your request, then track your driver and receive notifications of progress. Super easy…super convenient! If you prefer a little exercise, you’ll appreciate that our condo is only a short 10-minute walk to the Cabriolet Gondola that effortlessly transports you to the heart of Canyons Village and the Red Pine Gondola, while offering spectacular views.

Not commonly known, most Red Pine condos offer only 8-gallon water heaters, but you’ll be able to indulge in the luxury of a large 40-gallon water heater on the main floor of our condo, offering a generous supply of hot water for you and your guests.
For your utmost comfort, we've equipped each floor with a portable AC unit, ensuring cool respite during the warmer summer months.

SPECIAL NOTE: There is a mother and baby moose living at Red Pine. As you know, mothers are fiercely protective of their young so please do not disturb the family.

• Elegant and refined kitchen and dining area with custom counters, stainless appliances, and bar height seating for 4 (6 with provided stools)
• Inviting living area with comfortable leather sectional, gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), vaulted ceiling, and large TV
• Queen master suite (brand new mattress Aug 2023) on main floor with Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom shared with the living area
• 2 bedrooms in upstairs loft overlooking living area (this loft is separated from downstairs by a pony wall; there are roller shades for the large room to provide privacy, but not for the smaller room)
• Brand new (Aug 2023) King bed in larger upstairs bedroom
• Full bed in loft bedroom off the larger upstairs bedroom (this room has its own door but one wall is a half wall that is open to the living space below)
• Shared full bathroom upstairs (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)
• 2 Portable AC units (one per floor) for added comfort on warmer summer days (THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C)
• Private patio with dining for 4
• Ski/Snowboard gear storage area just inside front door
• Wifi access and high-speed internet (300 mbps)
• Free parking for 2 vehicles (max) in surface lot (uncovered; first come, first serve)
• Walking distance (10 minutes) to Cabriolet Gondola at Park City Mountain Base, giving you access to the largest ski resort in the US (Note that it will be downhill on the way to the gondola and uphill on the way back)
• Community Recreation Area offering the following amenities (PLEASE SEE SPECIAL NOTES BELOW ABOUT HOURS AND SEASONS):
• Clubhouse with Wifi access
• 2 heated pools (one with a waterfall)
• Wading pool
• 2 hot tubs (indoor/outdoor)
• Dry sauna
• Tennis and Pickleball courts
• Picnic area
• Sand volleyball courts
• Horseshoes
• Laundry facilities are available year-round at the Clubhouse (a 3-minute walk from the condo), open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. The machines take quarters or credit cards with a cost of approximately $2.25 per wash cycle and $2.00 per dry cycle.
COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RULES: There is a limit of 8 guests per condo at the clubhouse. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at the Clubhouse or at any of the community amenities. You will be asked to leave if you bring or have glass containers or alcoholic beverages with you, and you will not be refunded for any portion of your stay for not complying with this important rule.
RED PINE RECREATION CENTER HOURS AND SEASONS:
In the summer, the facility is open daily- 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. June - September
In the winter, the facility is open daily- 12:00 Noon to 9:00 p.m. Thanksgiving - April.
The Red Pine Clubhouse is NOW OPEN! Winter amenities include heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna.
NOTE: During the winter, all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed. Violators will be towed!

Amazing place, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were GREAT, if we needed anything they were extremely quick to respond and help out. I highly recommend staying here. Distance from Canyons gondola base was a short walk and there is a FREE shuttle service to pick up / drop off anywhere in the Canyons area. If you are looking for a great place to stay with great hosts a short walk or free shuttle ride away from the Canyons base area, you should look at this place." -Nick
IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.
3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
