Inside, the condo features unique designer touches, an open-concept living area with a plush leather sectional, a gas fireplace (for ambiance ONLY May–November, see bullets below), vaulted ceilings, and a large smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts custom countertops, stainless appliances, and bar-height seating for 4 (or 6 with additional stools), making it easy to cook, dine, and connect. A queen master suite with a brand new mattress and Jack-and-Jill bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor, while upstairs, you’ll find two thoughtfully arranged loft-style bedrooms—including a brand new king bed in the larger suite and a cozy full bed tucked in its own semi-private space.
Summer guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches like 2 portable AC units (one per floor), high-speed internet, and a private balcony with dining for 4, perfect for enjoying mountain air with your morning coffee or an evening meal. There’s also gear storage inside the entry, free surface parking for up to 2 vehicles, and access to clubhouse amenities just a short walk away—including two heated pools (one with a waterfall), hot tubs, sauna, tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, picnic areas, and more!
With access to hiking, biking, summer events, and Park City’s finest mountain activities right outside your door, Modern Lodge Condo is your ultimate basecamp for warm-weather adventure and relaxation.
SPECIAL NOTE: A mother and baby moose are living at Red Pine. As you know, mothers are fiercely protective of their young so please do not disturb the family.
NOTE: This condo DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in-unit, but you can walk to the laundry room at the Clubhouse for all of your laundry needs. You will need quarters or your credit card to do laundry.

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• 2 bedrooms in upstairs loft overlooking living area (this loft is separated from downstairs by a pony wall; there are roller shades for the large room to provide privacy, but not for the smaller room)
• Brand new (Aug 2023) King bed in larger upstairs bedroom
• Full bed in loft bedroom off the larger upstairs bedroom (this room has its own door but one wall is a half wall that is open to the living space below)
• Shared full bathroom upstairs (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)
• 2 Portable AC units (one per floor) for added comfort on warmer summer days (THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C)
• Private balcony with dining for 4
• Ski/Snowboard gear storage area just inside front door
• Wifi access and high-speed internet (300 mbps)
• Free parking for 2 vehicles (max) in surface lot (uncovered; first come, first serve)
• Walking distance (10 minutes) to Cabriolet Gondola at Park City Mountain Base, giving you access to the largest ski resort in the US (Note that it will be downhill on the way to the gondola and uphill on the way back)
• Community Recreation Area offering the following amenities (PLEASE SEE SPECIAL NOTES BELOW ABOUT HOURS AND SEASONS):
• Clubhouse with Wifi access
• 2 heated pools (one with a waterfall)
• Wading pool
• 2 hot tubs (indoor/outdoor)

• Laundry facilities are available year-round at the Clubhouse (a 3-minute walk from the condo), open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. The machines take quarters or credit cards with a cost of approximately $2.25 per wash cycle and $2.00 per dry cycle.
COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RULES: There is a limit of 8 guests per condo at the clubhouse. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at the Clubhouse or at any of the community amenities. You will be asked to leave if you bring or have glass containers or alcoholic beverages with you, and you will not be refunded for any portion of your stay for not complying with this important rule.
RED PINE RECREATION CENTER HOURS AND SEASONS:

In the summer, the facility is open daily-10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. May - September.
In the winter, the facility is open daily-12:00 Noon to 9:00 p.m. Thanksgiving - April.
NOTE: During the winter, all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed. Violators will be towed!

Amazing place, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were GREAT, if we needed anything they were extremely quick to respond and help out. I highly recommend staying here. Distance from Canyons gondola base was a short walk and there is a FREE shuttle service to pick up / drop off anywhere in the Canyons area. If you are looking for a great place to stay with great hosts a short walk or free shuttle ride away from the Canyons base area, you should look at this place." -Nick
IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
