Close to bus stops, making your daily commute and errands a breeze.

Wonderful Host and Beautiful Space

The house itself was beautiful, very clean, and the backyard space was amazing. The host was super kind and welcoming—she was even there when I arrived to make sure everything was in order after the cleaners had finished. I really appreciated that.That said, there were a few issues during the stay that affected the overall experience. There were quite a few ants around the house, the Nest thermostat kept falling off the wall and stopped working randomly, and unfortunately the backyard outlets had no power. I had let the host know in advance that I’d be using the yard for my daughter’s first birthday, so it was disappointing that the outlets didn’t work when we needed them.Host: House: Overall experience:

The thermostat was temporarily unstable due to frequent adjustments, but it has been securely re-mounted and is functioning properly. 2. **Backyard Power Outlet**: We’re sorry for the unexpected hiccup with the outlet. As our property isn’t typically suited for parties (though we made an exception for your special occasion), outdoor power access wasn’t part of the original booking inquiry. We did offer to provide an extension cord when you arrived, but we understand it wasn’t the ideal solution. Moving forward, we’ll clarify amenities more clearly in our listings to avoid similar misunderstandings. 3. We’re sorry to hear you noticed a few ants in the backyard lawn area . Outdoor parties, especially in warm weather, can sometimes attract them due to food or spills. Had we been informed at the time, we would have been happy to assist right away. As part of our regular maintenance, we’ll be sure to double-check the outdoor areas ahead of future bookings. We understand that you also inquired about a longer-term rental. As our listing specifies, is exclusively offered for short-term stays. While we appreciated your interest, we weren't able to accommodate a long-term arrangement at this time. Regarding your subsequent request for another extension, we made the difficult decision to decline. We strive to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all our guests and unfortunately, the interactions leading up to this request did not align with those standards. We are committed to providing comfortable and enjoyable short-term stays for our guests, and we take all feedback seriously.
