House by the lake 45 minutes from Quebec City!

New construction finished in early 2023. Beautiful view of the lake from the entire house with a covered porch as well as a balcony off the master bedroom.

The lake and its surroundings offer activities year-round. Skating, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing on the lake or at Duschesnay Station, is just a 5-minute car ride. Downhill skiing in St-Raymon de Portneuf is just 10 km away or you can go to other resorts within a 45-minute car ride.
In the spring the lake is great for taking your paddle board out or if you enjoy biking, there is a beautiful bike path that you can travel on for hours!
