This backyard is really special. It features an outdoor kitchen with quartz countertop and BBQ (propane provided) with all the equipments to have the perfect meal. Of course, it has the beautiful heated pool with the canal view with waterfall and frameless glass fence. You'll be able to enjoy eating outside with our dining space and be able to relax into the outdoor sofas. We do also provide 2 paddle boards.

BUGS :

As a reminder, you're in Florida which has a humid climate year round. We do pest control very month at the house to prevent as much as possible to have bugs, insects, coackroaches. However, it is not possible to guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. If you see some, please let us know and we will address the situation quickly.

Tenants have access to the entire property, except for the locked areas reserved for owners and managers. An electronic access code will be shared prior to your arrival.

**RULES**

Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: 10:00 am
Quiet hours 9pm-8am.
No unauthorized guests allowed.
Minimum age of renters: 25 years old.

* NEIGHBORHOOD - This is a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood. We value and respect the quietness of our neighborhood. Guests are expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Respect for the property AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD must be considered a PRIORITY. If management is called to intervene due to a noise complaint, a $500 fine will be assessed and billed.

* EVENT - No events are allowed on the property. For any questions, please contact us.

* SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT - This is a smoke free home, therefore smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoke inside the property will result in a minimum charge of $500 per room.

* FIREWORKS: The tenant agrees that there will be no use of fireworks on the property.
