Corner Penthouse with Amazing Views - 2 Bed 2 Bath - Thai Lanna Style
One of a kind Modern Thai-Lanna Style two bedroom corner Penthouse with amazing one-of-a-kind mountain views of Doi Suthep (west), the Khun Tan Range (east) and city & mountain view (south).
3 Air Cons, 6 ceiling fans, 300MB Wifi
Near tourist and local attractions, 5 minutes walking distance to local markets, Thai food, coffee shops, convenience stores, pharmacy, and just a 15 minute walk to trendy Nimman, Maya Shopping mall, the University, Zoo, Doi Suthep transportation, parks, recreation.
This condo was fully renovated in November 2024 and most recently in 2025 Smart Blinds and Smart Blackout curtains were added.
PLEASE NOTE that the building undergoing some renovations Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Hence the amazing offer. If you're a tourist then you'll likely not notice.
Building is otherwise quiet and has 80% occupancy rate, mostly retired, students, Thai, Foreigner, Digital Nomads. .
If you intend to spend alot of time at the condo or work from the condo then there maybe some noisy days but there is a co-working space on the second floor and several coworking spaces and many coffee shops nearby as well.
There are digital nomads living in the building that go for a walk or use noise cancelling head phones on some days.
The unit is not only on the very top floor but occupies an entire wing of the building with South East and West walls virtually without neighbours and the north wall towards the hallway and stairwell. (see layout in the pictures).
2 lifts and some stairs to top floor (Thai style)
Friendly neighbours consisting of Thai locals, students, retirees, and some expats.
The exterior of the building needs some TLC and paint (scheduled for 2025) but the interior and many features make up for it and owner has received 5 star reviews on other platforms. The unfair, inaccurate, and low review given by a customer on this platform was about the building and not my condo!!
