The apartment is available as a short term rental available from now till 31 March 2025.
The spacious apartment has airconditioning through out, large balcony, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and bbq.
PLEASE NOTE : There is ongoing remediation works to the exterior of the building due to be completed at the end of March 2025. This will involve exterior scaffolding to the building at times. There will be noise at times including jackhammering between 7am and 3.30pm during the week, with a break in works over the Xmas period.
