Disappointed that 3 bedroom apartment was no longer available 4 days before arrival. Property made things acceptable by offering 3 individual apartments. Property manager was apologetic and concerned about our situation. I loved the personal approach.

The host never texted me back via the VRBO app, so I had to call the hotel directly about the check-in process. 3 out of the 4 TV’s would not work properly, and there were no locks on the bathroom doors. The amenities (pools, gym, karaoke, game rooms) were spread out between 2 hotels so you had to navigate multiple elevators and floors to find them. Our key cards sometimes did not work so we had to find another way to get access. The amenities and parking came at an additional charge which was unexpected.The views were great and had a large balcony to sit and unwind from the day. The gym was also excellent. Overall, the suite met our expectations and was spacious for our family of 5. It was a nice stay in Seattle - just a bit pricey.
