The unit was very dirty. Filthy bathrooms and kitchen. Hair in the toilet and on the floors. We found a lot of sand on the floors throughout the apartment and both washer and dryer. We found popcorn and puzzle pieces on the floor from previous renters. The drawers and kitchen shelving were very dirty. Furniture on the balcony and balcony itself was very dirty with stains from dried ketchup and grease.I sent an email upon arrival but did not get a response until the next morning. I spend the whole evening cleaning the unit. I cleaned floors, shelving, and drawers. I cleaned bathrooms. I washed all the dishes and utensils. My husband scrubbed balcony furniture . Fortunately, they left us cleaning supplies …We got a response from the rental representative the next morning documented my pictures and my complaints. They said they could send cleaning crew… What a joke, since it took them more than 16 hours to respond to us. This was the dirtiest rental I ever stayed in. This was the slowest response and the worst customer service I ever encountered while traveling.
