Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the insulation and water issues. 150 - 200 a night would be fair for what you're getting.
