L hote à annulé la réservation et nous aussi. J ai perdu 500euros malgré l annulation des deux cotés

Suite à l annulation des deux cotés, on m'a retiré 500 euros d annulation. Je peux comprendre que l on me retire les frais qui incombent à la propriétaire mais pas la moitié du montant de la réservation. Vous deviez me recontacter suite à mon appel téléphonique. Je suis très déçue de votre non communication. Je ne suis pas prête de passer par vous pour une autre réservation.

Les maîtres des lieux sont charmants, habitant tout proche, ils savent préserver l'intimité des vacanciers tout en restant à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Le gîte est à l'identique de l'annonce. Calme et fonctionnel, parfait et encore merci Marie Claude pour ce si bon miel de chez vous.
