Beautiful Brand-New Interior

My studio is ALWAYS a smoke-free unit—-PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK IF YOU SMOKE! Smoking outside is not an acceptable compromise--clothing and other belongings still leave the unit smelling of cigarette smoke.

Pet Restricted--see details below. This is a second-floor unit with approximately 25 steps separated by a landing 1/2 way up.

No weather-related refunds provided unless officials suggest/mandate evacuation.

Just 30-45 minutes is spent cleaning the average hotel room. I ALWAYS personally clean all my units and spend 3-4 hours minimum EVERY TIME cleaning and preparing each studio for my guests.

You can feel safe and secure, knowing my standards are extremely high.
I love my studios and I love taking care of my guests!
I reserve the right to prohibit any pet. The condo complex HOA By-Laws limit pets in the studios to one small dog (>20lbs). I further restrict the one small dog to non-shedding breeds (for cleaning and allergen purposes) and the pet must be crated when left alone. I prohibit any pet for business or student travelers—too much alone time for the doggie in a confined and strange location. Furthermore, guests who meet the above pet requirements must be willing to sign a separate Pet Agreement before the booking is finalized.

While I do offer generous discounts for extended stays--including months long--please note, they are still priced by the day. I do not offer leases or have a "monthly rate."

Conveniently located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, 1/2 mile south of I-10, these gems are the perfect location for a commute to Mobile, Pensacola, or anywhere in the Baldwin County area. Daphne is sister city to Fairhope, AL (6 miles)---consistently ranked among the top small towns in America and most recently named by Coastal Living as 5th Happiest Seaside Town in America!! About an hour s drive to Gulf Shores, this studio packs a lot of amenities into a small space. Perfect alternative to cookie-cutter hotel rooms, I have hosted many happy vacationers, professionals and workers on temporary assignments, students and new residents on house-hunting expeditions. Host made sure are check in went smoothly and that we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great location…nice little bar & restaurant right in the neighborhood. Apartment was very nice/clean… would definitely recommend to others.

The second floor condo was welcoming , clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy and kitchen well supplied. It’s located across the bridge from Mobile and down the street from Fairhope. There’s plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Great communication from a very sweet host. Would definitely recommend.

Great place. Location was in the middle of everything and right off the instates. 2.5hrs to New Orleans, an hour to Gulf Shores, Fairhope just up the road and of course Daphne. There was a restaurant and small harbor within walking distance. The property was well maintained and quiet. The apartment is the cutest! Studio but perfect for 2. Newly renovated and modern. Felica( owner) stayed in contact and quickly responded. We actually locked the keys in the condo and she had an extra easily accessible! Will definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for something in that area!

Anniversary Trip

Such a nice area, enjoyed all the shops at Fair Hope! Wonderful restaurants and plenty to choose from!! The condo is decorated so pretty very modern with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom, large shower/tub combo! It was equipped with everything you need and so comfortable better than listing!

I love Baldwin County and the Eastern Shore. I have lived in this area all my life. My hobby and obsession is interior design. Nutrition and fitness are also lifelong passions. I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years. My first career was as a Certified Public Accountant, but I retired from that years ago to be with my kids. I homeschooled all 5 of my children. Now all but the youngest are grown and married. I have 4 grandchildren and I love being involved in their lives as much as possible.

Why they chose this property

This is a great property. I own four studios in this unique bay-front complex. Taking care of my little units is almost an obsession--I do all the cleaning and take great pride in keeping the rentals in like-new condition for every guest! I only live 2 miles down the street and can quickly assist you in any way during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Upstairs. Quiet. Private. Sparkling clean. Brand-new, gorgeous interior with all new kitchen, bath, floor, appliances. Plenty of storage. Large TV with fast internet.
