This suite is in the 1st Capitol Mansion Boutique Hotel. This is the ADA unit for the hotel. There is a wheelchair lift right outside of the unit and no stairs have to be used. In the unit there is plenty of space to move around and all door openings are at least 32 inches. In the bathroom you will find a roll in shower with a seat and ADA vanity.

This is our Black & Gold unit and that you will love design and feel of the unit.

The hotel is short walk to Historic Main Street or a short drive. It is also a block away from the hospital and if you do not want to go far there is a coffee shop right across the street, a bar and grill and wine bar.
Quiet hours start at 10pm.
Parties of any kind will be subject to damages and $250 fee.
Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fee. This include tobacco, drugs of any kind and vaping.
Any pets on the property will be a $250 fee
Guest are required to email all Government ID and Plate numbers or cars on the on the property.
This unit will be allowed to have 2 cars in the parking lot.
