About this property
Modern, trendy apartment
Enjoy a serene stay at this brand new, stylish, centrally located apartment. You`ll instantly feel right at home in its warmth and comfort. It boasts a modern, full kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machine. Dedicated desk in a cute work nook. Super conveniently located as it`s only 500m to Hutt Hospital, 1km to supermarket, and 2km to Queensgate mall. It`s so comfortable you won`t want to leave!
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Access is by keypad - we will share the code on the day of your arrival.
There is also a sofa bed for a third guest situated in the lounge.
The TV is a Smart TV, with Google TV installed. Guests can log in to their Netflix and Youtube (etc) accounts.
Absolutely no parties.
Please note that a $200 refundable security damage deposit is taken on your credit card - this is refunded on check out.
