Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I came to Guntersville for our 17th wedding anniversary. We mainly wanted some rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. The place was clean, check in was easy, and we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy good food!

Perfect size for a single person or couple to stay a short amount of time! The rental is decorated nicely, kept very clean and seems to be in a nice, safe area. We appreciated how close it was to a boat launch as we were there to fish. The owner is very quick to respond and we had everything we needed! We would stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway at the Getaway

This was a wonderful experience! We were looking to relax and rest for a few days and it is the perfect place for it. We enjoyed the dock at sunset and ate some good food at Crawmama’s, Top O’ the River, Another Broken Egg, and the sweet spot beside Another Broken Egg. I can’t remember the name. The place was clean, the host was very responsive, and the size was perfect for my husband and me. I would definitely recommend for two!
