Great room and garden. Lovely owner. Breakfast included (I didn’t know in advance) and it was really nice. The room must be reached by a circling stair not so easy withe bags. You need your car to go everywhere. The town itself did not please us. A bit ‘industrial ‘. Nice beach ‘sablettes’ near the sail club, much less people than on the other side.

A visit in paradise

Our stay in La Seyne-sur- Mer at Sylvie's and Marco's house was more then we ever expected! We felt so much welcome.. Sylvie and Marco are extrem nice hosts, warmhearted, gentle, friendly and always ready to help. They make the stay in their beautiful house the best it can be! The bedroom and the bathroom are created with so much love and for every detail is taken care with a lot of taste. The bed laundry looks like a bed of flowers and in the bath room u meet a cute seagull, candles and sea shells. All these things make this cute little apartment a home. Every morning we got a rich breakfast with self made marmelade, cheese and joghurt (even free from lactose) and much more. We loved it so much! The garden around the house looks like a paradise on earth... Beside all the wonderful flowers in all colours, fruit trees and cactus you can even find beautiful birds and shiny fishes. Marco created all himself with much artistry. The pool invites to refresh and have a rest in between all this beauty. What else do you need? Thank you Sylvie and Marco for this wonderful time at your home. Sasha and Frank

Un séjour extra dans un logement et un jardin tellement beau qu’on se croit hors du temps. L’attention, la discrétion et la gentillesse de Sylvie et Marco font de votre séjour un moment encore plus extra. La chambre est très joliment décorée avec une vue panoramique sur la jardin. Que dire du petit déjeuner délicieux proposé tout les matins et servi où on le souhaite dans le jardin avec des supers produits pour attaquer la journée du meilleur pied ( mention spéciale pour le yaourt ) Bref un séjour parfait, merci encore à Sylvie et Marco pour l’accueil !

Je recommande vivement cette chambre d'hôtes, située en hauteur dans un magnifique jardin botanique, l'endroit est calme et reposant. La chambre est très belle et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits de qualité. La piscine est également très agréable. Les propriétaires à l'écoute, discrets et sympathiques. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Superbe logement !

Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour chez Marco! Le petit appartement est très propre avec une belle vue, le petit déjeuner est servi avec des produits de qualité. La communication avec le propriétaire est excellente.

Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Nette Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation, ein schönes Zimmer mit separatem Zugang und schöner Dachterasse mit tollem Blick auf den liebevoll und außergewöhnlichen botanischen Garten. Frühstück wurde auf der Terasse serviert und auf individuelle Wünschr eingegangen

Eher Ferienzimmer anstatt Ferienhaus

Bei unserem Aufenthalt haben wir festgestellt, dass es sich bei dem Ferienhaus nur um ein Ferienzimmer handelt. Die Beschreibung im Inserate ist daher leicht irreführend. Das Ferienzimmer wie das dazugehörigen Bad sind sauber und ordentliche, inkl. funktionierender Klimaanlage, jedoch fehlt irgendwie eine Tür, die das Bad vom Schlafzimmer abgrenzen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und uns wurde jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück serviert. Der Pool ist schön und sauber, kann jedoch nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden. Positiv das Auto kann sicher auf dem Vorhof geparkt werden.

Nous sommes désolés de lire que Julian se plaigne de ne trouver qu’une chambre au lieu d’un appartement, en effet dans le titre de l’annonce il est indiqué qu’il s’agit d’une chambre et pas d’un appartement et dans le texte de présentation du bien c’est également et clairement précisé. Pour ne pas être déçus mieux vaut bien lire l’annonce… Nous ne pouvons donc accepter que l’on sous-entende que notre annonce «puisse induire en erreur » La salle de bain n’est effectivement pas fermée par une porte mais compte tenu de la configuration du lieu, il n’y a pas de visibilité entre la chambre et la salle de bain .

PARFAIT !

Nous avons passé, ma femme et moi même, un séjour tout bonnement PARFAIT. De l’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes à la tranquillité de la propriété, tout était excellent. La chambre est au beau milieu d’un jardin splendide et la piscine, sans aucun vis à vis, offre une tranquillité reposante. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes. Merci aux hôtes.
