Percey’s Beach House Moonta Bay

Our beach house has the uniqueness of two beach houses on the one property making it perfect for friends and families wanting to travel together.
And our location is perfect!
Only 150m to the beach, with beach access on the street. Only a short walk to the jetty and splash park.
Main house is 3 bedrooms, sleeping 7 guests. Mini house is 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 guests. Both having their own kitchen and bathrooms.
Large outdoor area with cubby house and table tennis table. Large lawn area is also a fan favourite.

Lovely home. Perfect for large family. We had our early family Christmas with 3 generations sharing the space. We really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and tea and shampoo and conditioner! Great communication too. Perfect location for a stroll to the beach too. Thanks Bailey and family :)
