Mansion on the Pe/Al border

A seaside retreat on the beach of São José da Coroa Grande, on the border between the states of Pernambuco and Alagoas. Close to the beaches of Carneiros and Maragogi as well. With a pool, barbecue, living room, kitchen, 4 suites and 1 powder room, it comfortably accommodates up to 16 people. Our space is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for unforgettable moments. The space: The house is on a very large 2000m2 plot, with parking for several cars. All suites have the same configuration and comfort, with 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor, 1 with a double bed and 1 single bed with a trundle bed and the other 3 with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed with a trundle bed. We have 1 cot available if needed! Other observations: Attention: It is mandatory to hire a staff member indicated by me for the entire stay. Her hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, and the daily rate is R$150, payable at check-in. She will be responsible for the kitchen (she is an excellent cook) and common areas. Electricity is charged separately from the daily rate. To calculate energy consumption, we take readings before and after the stay and multiply the kWh consumed by the current rate of R$1.20.
