Great location, and the home was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The downstairs furniture provided plenty of comfortable seating, and all of the beds were comfortable as well. With 10 guests, we especially appreciated having plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone.The only drawback was that one of the upstairs bedrooms was noticeably warmer than the rest of the home and did not cool as well, which made that room less comfortable for the guests staying there.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the home and its location.

Everything about this home was just outstanding! Every thing we needed was already supplied. Everyone was comfortable and satisfied! This will definitely be our spot the next time we're back out here! We left the place just the way we found it,nice and clean and i left some bottled water and beer in the fridge and pantry.Thanks so much Dave for everything!

Great for a group!

We had a group of 6 traveling together for a Business training. The house was beautiful and spacious; the beds were all super comfortable and we were all very impressed. Privacy for all in very nicely furnished bedrooms. In a very quiet neighborhood located very close to our event. Bonus that there was an RO water system and soft water. The master walk in shower was amazing! Thanks Dave for the hospitality!

Impressive and welcoming to the Dallas Ft Worth area. Will be staying here again in the near future. The Kitchen was great for cooking for families …. The Grill was new and cooked will. Plentiful ! The home was exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and other basic items and everything else we needed was there- paper goods and household items. We loved the outdoor space and it was shaded and cool most of the day. Would highly recommend!
